Reid’s Shipping Policies Due to North Carolina law, Reid’s is currently only shipping alcohol to addresses in North Carolina. Reid’s is permitted to ship wine to: North Carolina

Wine Deliveries: All orders containing wine will require receipt from person 21 years or older. Packages will be specially marked and will not be left without signature. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE A BUSINESS ADDRESS.

Substitution Policy: Products, Baskets, Bows will vary according to availability. If substitutions are made, it will be done to equal value. ANY SEASONAL ORNAMENTATION will be adjusted to accommodate the appropriate time of year.

Return Policy: We will allow returns on those items that are determined to be inferior at the time of receipt. Perishable items may not fall under this policy.

Catalog Shipping Policy: We ship gift baskets anywhere in the world.(IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND CANADA) We are not responsible for lost or misdirected OR IMPROPER SHIPPING ADDRESSED packages.
