Reid’s Shipping Policies Due to North Carolina law, Reid’s is currently only shipping alcohol to addresses in North Carolina.

Wine Deliveries: All orders containing wine will require receipt from person 21 years or older. Packages will be specially marked and will not be left without signature. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE A BUSINESS ADDRESS.

Refund Policy: We take pride in selling only the best product. If you find anything wrong with your purchase, please contact pam@reids.com.

Return Policy: We will allow returns on those items that are determined to be inferior at the time of receipt. Perishable items may not fall under this policy.

Catalog Shipping Policy: We ship gift baskets anywhere in the world.(IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND CANADA)  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected OR IMPROPER SHIPPING ADDRESSED packages. We will ship through the 24th of December for Christmas deliveries. Call 1-800-998-9855 for more up to date information on delivery schedules. * Shipment of wine is restricted.
